Calling Our Office
With your first call to our office, a
representative will discuss the project or repairs you are considering,
and determine if you will need an estimate or if the work can be done on
an hourly basis. If your project will require an estimate, you
will be scheduled an appointment with our estimator. If your
project is small and it can be done on an hourly basis, a technician will
be scheduled to come to your home when it is convenient for you and your
family.
Your Estimate
Our estimator has over 20 years
experience and will provide you with the knowledge and advice in
completing your project or repairs. Once our estimator understands exactly what you want to have done, he will provide you with
an estimate on the project or repairs.
Scheduling and Materials
Once the estimate is approved, a
technician will be scheduled to come to your home when it is convenient for you and
your family. Upon starting the project or repairs, our technician will make a shopping list of all the necessary materials and purchase
them prior to starting the project.
Completion
Upon project completion, you will meet
with our technician to make a punch list of final touch-ups, clean-up and
any other necessary repairs. Our work is not finished until you
are completely satisfied.

offers commercial build outs and tenant improvements. Our
focus is on properties up to 5,000 sq. ft. in size. Whether
you are working with a shell or a vacated existing design, our team
will work with you from your signed lease to completion.
With one call to our
office, our team will schedule an appointment with you to assist in
the planning, design and build out of your space. Once
permitted, our team of professionals will begin work on your
project. Our superintendent will regularly be on site to
oversee construction and meet with inspectors. Upon final
inspection and completion, we will conduct a final walk through with
you to assure your total satisfaction.
